The Peel region is different enough from the rest of the metro that it gets its own team and its own page. A large share of the housing here is holiday homes, short-stay rentals and downsizer properties, and that changes the work considerably.

Holiday and short-stay properties get intense, seasonal use - a Christmas period of daily roasting and nightly barbecuing, followed by months of nothing. That pattern bakes on hard and then leaves it to set, so a January or February clean is far easier than one left until the following summer. Managers of short-stay properties often book us between guests.

Along the coast from Safety Bay through Warnbro, Secret Harbour, Golden Bay and Singleton, salt air is a constant. BBQs left on an open patio through winter come to us with pitted stainless and seized burner assemblies, and while we can clean and free most of them, we will tell you honestly when a plate has gone too far.

Around Mandurah, Halls Head, Meadow Springs and Dawesville there is also a strong retiree population, and a lot of our work here is annual maintenance for people who simply do not want to be lying on the kitchen floor with a scraper any more. Those customers book at the same time each year and we keep the slot for them.

Because the Peel run is a genuine distance from the metro, we cluster jobs by day. Booking a little further ahead gets you a better slot.
